It was 5:40 on a Saturday and my phone ran, on the other line was a distraught sister of the bride looking for a photographer for a wedding at 7pm. That’s right the wedding was at 7pm. See there were complication with the photographer they had booked and were scrambling for a replacement. I had a consultation at 7, not exactly available to shoot the wedding and had worked most of the day already. But I couldn’t leave this girl photographerless on her wedding day!!!
I called my consult and asked if it was ok for me to reschedule her consultation to the following day, and explained the situation. She agreed, allowing me to call the distraught bride back and to the wedding I went. Here are the sneak peeks from the beach wedding on Mayport Naval Base.
