My journey into cruise wedding photography began back in 2012, and I’ve been hooked ever since. There’s nothing quite like documenting a wedding at sea, or photographing a ceremony on the soft white sands of Castaway Cay, or a session on the colorful shores of Lookout Cay.
As a Platinum-level cruiser, a seasoned expert in all things magical and memorable, and a photographer who genuinely knows these ships inside and out, I bring a level of insight, familiarity, and preparedness that only comes from years of genuine experience. I don’t just show up with a camera... I understand the rhythm of a sailing, the flow of onboard events, how light behaves across decks and interiors, and how to navigate island ceremonies with ease.
If you’re planning a luxury cruise wedding and want a photographer who already understands the process, timing, and logistics before you ever step onboard, you’re in the right place. My goal is simple: to capture your wedding with intention while making the entire photography experience feel seamless, supported, and — yes — a little magical.
From the energy of sail-away on the top deck of the Wish, or quiet, romantic portraits in the Dream’s Grand Hall, to walking the shoreline at Castaway Cay with your wedding shoes in hand, I’m there for the full experience. Cruise weddings move differently than land based events, and I approach them with a balance of logistical expertise, epic editorial imagery, and documentary emotional storytelling.
What started as a blind yes to a bride in 2012 for a cruise wedding has grown into a passion shaped by years of experience and a deep understanding of what makes a wedding at sea truly exceptional.

Starting pricing for Resort Weddings, Cruise Weddings, and Portrait Sessions:
Cruise Weddings move quickly, and limited hourly coverage rarely works well for this style of wedding. That's why experience matters.
Over the years, I've learned the flow of these ships, understanding the timing, planning for when popular areas are less peopley, studying lighting on every deck, and refining a process that lets couples relax and enjoy the moment. From the moment you book, you gain a knowledgeable partner who offers guidance well before your onboard planning meeting — long before the 120-day mark.
I’m with you for the full sailing, creating a photography timeline that supports your wedding experience rather than competing with it.
Cruise weddings come with unique timing, movement, and moments that only happen once. Having a photographer who already understands that flow means you don’t have to figure it out as you go.
I help you plan, anticipate, and adapt — so nothing feels rushed, overlooked, or stressful. You get to stay present and enjoy your wedding while knowing every meaningful moment is being thoughtfully documented.

How do we manage the timeline for a ceremony on Castaway Cay or Lookout Cay?
Island ceremonies require precise timing due to tendering, ship departure windows, and weather conditions. I build a timeline that accounts for environmental factors, transportation logistics, and portrait opportunities—ensuring a smooth transition from the island back to the ship while prioritizing your must have shots!
Will I have enough time for the specific photos I want, such as Grand Hall portraits or getting-ready images?
Yes. Because I provide full-sailing coverage rather than hourly limits, we can schedule sessions throughout the voyage. This allows us to capture your ideal locations—such as portraits in the Grand Hall, golden-hour sessions on Deck, or getting-ready moments in your stateroom—without competing with the ceremony timeline.
How far in advance should I book my cruise wedding photographer?
Cruise wedding dates are limited and book quickly. Once you have secured your sailing and wedding package through the cruise line, I recommend booking your photographer immediately. Most couples reserve their date 12–18 months in advance to ensure availability.
What happens if the weather forces an outdoor ceremony change?
Cruise ships offer well-designed indoor backup venues, such as lounges or atrium spaces. I am experienced in photographing both bright outdoor settings and atmospheric indoor environments, ensuring your images remain beautiful regardless of any last-minute adjustments.
Why should I bring my own photographer when the cruise line offers in-house services?
Bringing your own photographer puts the power back in your hands. One of the biggest limitations of using onboard photography services is that you don’t get to choose who documents your wedding day—you’re assigned a photographer, and the style, experience level, and approach can vary. With me, that also means a fully personalized approach, more time built into your coverage, and a photographer who’s there for the full sailing—not just a few scheduled hours. Most third-party cruise wedding photographers work exclusively for their couples, allowing for greater flexibility, deeper storytelling, and a calmer, more intentional experience overall.
Are there hidden travel fees associated with bringing you on board?
No—there are no hidden fees. Everything is clearly outlined upfront, including travel-related costs, and I’m very transparent about pricing (it’s all publicly listed, even for my competition to see).
You’re welcome to handle the booking yourself, or you can choose to work with my preferred travel agent, who already has my information on file from recent sailings. Either way, the process is straightforward, flexible, and designed to work best for you. My role is to make sure expectations are clear and nothing comes as a surprise.
We aren’t familiar with the ship. Can you help us choose the best locations for our photos?
Absolutely. As a frequent cruiser with extensive ship experience, I'm always in search of the most photogenic areas and the best time to access them. I create a detailed location plan tailored to your specific ship to maximize variety and visual impact.
